Our formal training for ministry at Crossroads happens in our ministrylabs.

The starting point for all ministry training at Crossroads is our fundamental ministrylab, 'The Basics'.

To get the year started, we did a mini-lab for smallgroup leaders. On the horizon now are labs on Team Leadership and up-the-front roles in church.

Here are a few tasters of the ministrylab experience:

• Check out our new paper on Becoming a Welcoming Church, too. As a church, we're striving for excellence in welcoming newcomers to our meetings and into our community. This paper is just a beginning.
• The full notes of our recently completed Team Leadership lab are available here. Sure, just reading the notes isn't the same as being there. But we hope they're a benefit to you anyway.
• Our strategy for Welcoming, Follow Up, and Integrating newbies to church has just been formally reviewed, and it's available here. It's all about changing a thousand small things (and a few biggies, too). Check it out and let us know what you think.
